In this webinar our guest speakers share their experiences of balancing CPD and teacher wellbeing within their schools. Let us together encourage best practice sharing and open up conversations to improve the standards of mental health and wellbeing of teaching staff within our schools.
Providing continuous professional development (CPD) to teachers’ is a vital activity to ensure teachers’ skills development, improved performance and confidence, increased teacher retention rates and ensure excellent learning outcomes within schools and wider educational institutions.
Teaching (as you know) can be a high pressure role, so how can school leaders ensure they are considering their teachers’ mental health and wellbeing within CPD activities?
With this webinar we aim to provide a platform for school leaders to share their experiences of balancing CPD and teacher wellbeing within their schools. We hope that this will in turn encourage conversations and best practice sharing amongst leaders, with the aim of improving the standards of mental health and welling of teaching staff within our schools.
